Airline Flight Nurse Job

Job Description:

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Flight Nurses to join our aero-medical team. You will provide high-quality, critical care to patients being transported via air ambulance – both domestically and internationally.
This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, and readiness for travel on short notice. You’ll work alongside paramedics, doctors, and pilots to ensure patient safety during medical evacuation flights.

Location: Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Dubai

Requirments:

1. ANM, GNM, DIPLOMA OR DIGREE HOLDER
2. KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MEDICINE
3. KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MEDICAL DEVICES
4. CARING AND COMPASSION
5. COMMUNICATION SKILL AND EMPATHY

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver in-flight critical care to patients, including trauma, ICU, and post-op cases
2. Monitor vitals and manage life support systems during air transport
3. Coordinate with hospitals, medical teams, and family members pre- and post-flight
4. Administer medications and perform advanced nursing procedures during flights
5. Ensure medical documentation is completed before and after transfers
6. Maintain medical equipment, medications, and patient safety during air operations
7. Assist in loading/unloading patients using stretchers and equipment safely

Preferred Skills:

1. Prior experience with air ambulance / aero-medical services
2. Calm under pressure with strong decision-making skills
3. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
4. Knowledge of aviation safety and in-flight medical equipment
